A new Mechanical Gull Wing Vacuum Lifter with Parking Stands is being introduced by ANVER Corporation, a leader in vacuum handling technology. The below-the-hook lifter is specially engineered to lift long, wide, short or narrow metal plates and sheets safely and efficiently, while collapsible crossarms make them ideal for environments with space limitations.

Constructed with an all-welded steel frame, this vacuum lifter also features built-in telescoping parking stands, adjustable ball swivel mounted vacuum pads and slide assemblies, pivoting crossarms with safety shutoff valves and locking units, and theVLS-08 and VLS-AUX Slow Vacuum Leakage Sensor and Warning System. Using a M250M Mechanical Vacuum Generator with single sling suspension, this vacuum lifter is designed to handle horizontal metal sheets and plates from 1/8″ to 1/2″ up to 72″ x 240″ with a maximum length and width of 20 ft. x 8 ft., or 12 ft. x 8 ft. with collapsed beam ends. The maximum capacity is up 4,000 lbs. with a 2:1 safety factor.
